Super Unterkunft für 5 Personen. Ideal um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel New York zu besuchen und zu erkunden. Connie ist super und immer schnell erreichbar. Top Empfehlung für einen gelungenen New York Städtetrip!

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Joseph and family were very welcoming. It was easy to find And Easy to park in the gated driveway. Definitely an extra perk to have your car parked there behind the gate. The courtyard is very nice with a glass table and chairs to enjoy. The Dog on the property was sleepy and nice! The basketball hoop and basketball for my son was great! The house was extremely clean! Very nice linens, lots of extra towels. The place definitely had everything we needed! Joseph was very patient and easy to communicate with, as we were super confused about the bus schedule and how to buy tickets, but he took lots of time to explain everything to us! The location is really great to get into New York City. The bus comes right outside the front of the house and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square! There’s a little shop you can see from the front of the house that you can get necessities and there is a great little Colombian restaurant near by so delicious!

Heerlijk huis, rustige buurt. Alles voldeed aan de beschrijving, alles was schoon. Alleen jammer dat de bbq buiten niet bruikbaar was maar verder niets op aan te merken. Heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Venky was a great host and proactive in checking in on any needs and questions. Space was roomy enough for me and my 5 friends and functional for self catering. Laundry facilities handy. Really good location - bus to NYC is 10 mins and bus stop right out front as advertised. Exactly what we were looking for. As advertised.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gloria. L'appartement est confortable et spacieux, proche des bus pour se rendre facilement et plutôt rapidement jusqu'à Times Square ( 20 a 30 mn ). Gloria est très attentive, arrangeante et réactive : communication formidable !! Le Latinos Supermarket en face de l'immeuble est bien pratique. Merci Gloria ☺️

Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir konnten NY City gut erreichen. Die Gegend war gefühlt sehr sicher.

Großartig!! Wir kamen mit dem Auto an, J. stellte uns ohne Probleme, obschon nicht gebucht, einen Platz in der Garage zur Verfügung. Großartige Ausstattung der Whg. auch für Familien mit Kindern. Innen: Stilvolle Einrichtung, Komfort; draußen: Bus-, Zug- & Fährverbindungen nach Manhatten und zum Liberty State Park in der Nähe! Im Viertel sympatische Präsenz lateinamerikanischer Nachbarn mit Restaurants, Cafes, Supermärkten und Werkstätten. Auch Schulen und Kindergärten in der Nähe, so ist die Umgebung sehr sicher, freundlich und auch nicht so trubelig wie in NYCity. Unsere 14-Jährigen Kids fanden es auch supertoll! Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und es war über Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer das Wichtigste bereits da. Die Kommunikation mit Mignon hat auch super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind viele Shops, auch Lebenmittelläden. Um nach Manhattan zu kommen, konnte man verschiedene Buslinien nehmen, das hat super geklappt. Ich empfehle hier die Linie 159X, da der Bus ein Stück am Hudson River entlangfährt und man einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Obwohl die Unterkunft eine sogenannte Souterrainwohnung war (auf einer Seite sieht man die Füße der Vorbeigehenden; die andere Seite hat jedoch einen Zugang zum Innenhof) haben wir (3 Pers.) uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass wir tagsüber immer in NY-City waren hat es uns auch nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Im nahen Umfeld gibt es e. kl. Minimarket, kleine Restaurant (Take-away, Asiaten, Mexikaner, Brasilianer, super nettes Frühstücks-Cafe usw.) Ein größerer Supermarkt ca. 15 Min. entfernt (zu Fuß). Noch 1 Block weiter gehen und man sitzt am Ufer vom Hudson-River. Genialer Blick auf die Skyline; etwas nach rechts gehen Miss Liberty. Zur Station "Groove" vom "Path" sind es nur 5 Min. Mit dem Zug ist man in 20 Min in Manhattan World-Trade-Center. Nur dicke Socken oder Hausschuhe sollte man dabei haben. Der Boden war schon recht kühl (April). Am Ende waren wir froh nicht Downtown zu sein. Die Gegend hat Charme.

Cecia etait très aidante et répondait rapidement. C'est facilitant quand on a besoin d'aide pour les stationnements ou autre. Lofement propre, fonctionnel et accueillant. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir.

Recomiendo 100% este apartamento, creo que es una excelente opción teniendo en cuenta la calidad y la ubicacion. Hay un bus que pasa cada 5 minutos por la esquina y te deja en la estación donde puedes tomar otro bus o metro para moverte facilmente a cualquier punto de NY. Moises siempre ha estado pendiente de cada consulta, ayudandonos con todas nuestras dudas. Apartamento amplio, moderno y con equipamiento de calidad. Volveremos!

This was a great and quite place to stay after touring around NYC. The PATH to NYC was a bit confusing during the weekend but other than that, it was pretty accessible! Lisbeth’s place had everything, and because she lives right next to, the communication was easy. If you are looking for a great place to stay in NJ, this is a great option :)

Usufruímos deste apartamento em família, num grupo de 6 adultos. A nossa estadia foi perfeita, apartamento espaçoso, agradavelmente decorado com cozinha bem equipada, qualidade e totalmente funcional. O terraço tem uma excelente vista panorâmica, sendo que o clima não nos permitiu a sua utilização. Conforto e limpeza 5 estrelas. Foi uma ótima base para explorarmos NYC, encontrando aqui um refúgio calmo para o necessário descanso e convívio familiar. Fácil acessibilidade por transporte público. No nosso caso Uber/Lyft que em 10 minutos nos colocavam na estação de Hoboken. Sem dúvida que voltaremos a considerar esta opção numa futura visita.

Ken's place was a block away from my brother's home. Couldn't have been more perfect. Such an easy walk to the Path Station. Felt quite safe in the area. Lots of light. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress. My oldest brother, 6'6", said he slept comfortably. Great value. Already referred a friend there.

This was our first time as a family taking a NYC trip. Staying right in the city was extremely expensive so we considered being on the other side of the river. It worked out well. Olga’s son Hirian helped us as Olga was in FL. Hirian could not have been more friendly and helpful. Apartment is as described and had plenty of room for all of us. The 2 bathrooms really made a difference with 3 kids and all of needing to shower after a long day in the city. Apartment is right on the bus route for the city. Hirian is always available for any questions. Only X factor is parking but there a lot close by. You just need to keep paying on the app. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a great choice!

My family and I greatly enjoyed this place. The hosts were wonderful and allowed us an early check-in too which was great. I would recommend staying here.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Der Blick auf die Skyline ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Anbindung nach New York war mit dem Bus sehr einfach! Und es war abends nach dem Trubel in New York schön in die Ruhe nach New Jersey zurückzukehren. Wenn man nach 22 Uhr nach New Jersey möchte, muss man die Fähre (fährt bis Mitternacht) nehmen oder ein Uber, was aber auch kein Problem ist. Auch die Nähe des Lidls ist wunderbar, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Insbesondere waren die Freundlichkeit von Kenia und ihre stetige Erreichbarkeit wunderbar. Danke an Kenia!

Hoboken est un quartier très agréable et accessible depuis NY. Nous avons adoré l’environnement, l’ambiance et la magnifique vue sur Manhattan depuis la Corniche. L’appartement est très agréable, très joliment aménagé et décoré. Une découverte de NY dans les meilleures conditions. Merci !
