Kayaks and other water craft available, along with foosball, air hockey and a slack line swing set! A rental agreement and water sport waiver are required upon reservation. By signing the agreement, guests acknowledge they will abide by the Juniata Township Short Term Rental Ordinance No. 2023-2, detailed in Section 8.

The sunrise can be clearly seen looking out any of the windows on the back of the house on a clear day. At night, the darkness makes the stars clearly visible on a clear night.
