Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed Tucked away in an historic Laguna Beach neighborhood, the cottage is close enough for a stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants, and galleries, and yet far enough away from the activities of downtown Laguna to enjoy a quiet afternoon in the gardens. Laguna Beach has a cute trolly that is free to take all round the city. Runs Friday-Sunday. Uber, Lyft and taxis are also easy ways to get around if you don't want to walk. Built in 1927 by Hollywood film producer Harry Green, the cottages have been beautifully restored to reflect the charm of the original Laguna Beach art colony while offering the convenience and comfort of modern day amenities, lodging, and accommodations in Southern California. Each rental cottage has individually-selected furnishings and artwork.

It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so party people should look elsewhere.

Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Towne Orange. Plenty of parking is available. Close to Disneyland. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

Welcome to "The Captains Cottage" in the charming Alamitos Beach neighborhood. This 100 year old duplex cottage is walking distance to many fun shops and eateries. 5 minutes on foot to Bixby Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This cottage has a private rear patio space to relax after a day of shopping or beach time. Kitchen is equipped to prepare meals if you wish. But there are many dining options within walking distance. This home is not wheelchair accessible. No pets and no smoking.

The Redondo Beach Pier is approx 4 blocks away. It's on PCH so you will have easy access to public transportation if needed.
