Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

Location: Two blocks from the beach Less than a mile from The Pier/Main Street Less than a mile from Dog Beach The perfect blend of "downtown HB" and a laid-back beach trip. There is a unit in the back but they have a separate entrance and do not share the yard. The back unit does take the trash cans to the alley on Tuesdays.
