It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

The Main Bungalow has a table with w/built-in seating, a comfy pull-up queen sofabed, and a twin sleeper chair. The 2nd Bungalow has a queen bed, a table for two, a sofa, & TV. A large private patio connects the bungalows & has a dining table, BBQ, sail shades, and a fire pit with seating. There is one off-street parking space.

It is close to world famous Huntington Beach and in close proximity to several other beautiful California beaches. The studio includes a king size bed, kitchenette, private bathroom and private entrance. *Please note. Dogs are welcome but there is a $50 cleaning fee for their stay.*Max of 1 dog is allowed.
