It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. 4 minutes walk to Hurlstone Park station, fully furnished and kitted out kitchen and onsite washing machine. Plenty of untimed on-street parking either just outside or 1 minutes walk away. Leafy backyard with BBQ and lots of outdoor seating. Pets accepted subject to approval. There are currently FREE replacement buses every few minutes from Hurlstone Park station to Sydenham. From there you can either get in the Metro or regular train services to the city and rest of Sydney.

It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio. The stairs between these spaces are open. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in an old and slightly tatty flat on top of a studio and interacting with our community.
