There is Also a small outside seating area which has a barbecue and pull out washing line . Sandling train station is close by Connecting to Ashford/Dover/London Dover castle within ten miles

Newly decorated with contemporary, stylish furnishings offering you all your home from home comforts. There's also a good sized, totally enclosed rear garden along with a lovely front patio area with wonderful sea-views, perfect for those summer evening sundowners! There's plenty of off-street parking and storage for bikes etc in a small garage.

This quaint 1850 former fisherman's cottage is in a quiet-off road location, less than a 2 minute walk to the promenade & the beach. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, cafés & the stunning Royal Military Canal are all within 10 minutes by foot. There is a tiny outdoor seating space, but NO GARDEN. There are many original features & a functional AGA stove, which also heats the property and keeps it warm and cosy, particularly in the winter. *STRICTLY NO CATS ALLOWED AT MINTY COTTAGE.

Situated just 5.9 miles to the Channel Tunnel, 12 miles to Dover Port, 20 minutes drive to Canterbury and ideal if you are attending a wedding at The Old Kent Barn and Hoad Farm. Local amenities within walking distance include; three pubs, local supermarkets, hairdressers and cafe. Hythe seafront is also only a short drive away.

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.
