Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage! War wirklich sehr schön, sehr sauber und super gelegen. Würden sofort wiederkommen. Pablo ist ein super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und alles sehr unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder.

Rudi's property is amazing and clean. Great views and a peaceful environment. Great for families. I would be a return guest for sure if available the next time I am in Ibiza. Benito at front desk is available to assist anytime.

We only stayed for a day, but the apartment and pool were great. The staff were very helpful and even provided us with a packed lunch as we could not make breakfast due to an early check-in at the Airport. There are loads of great restaurants just a couple of minutes walk from the apartments. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay there again next time we are in Ibiza.

L'appartement est spacieux et joliment agencé. La terrasse est très agréable et bien abritée du vent. La cala Vedella est magnifique, elle se trouve à 3 minutes à pieds. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ibiza Real Estate war einfach fantastisch! Für den Preis ein echtes Schnäppchen – besser geht’s kaum. In nur einer Minute ist man zu Fuß am Strand, einfach perfekt. Die Räume sind groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wirklich wie zuhause. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Einkaufen? Kein Problem – alles liegt direkt vor der Tür. Bei Fragen bekamen wir immer sofort eine schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung! Einfach klasse – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Logement dans une résidence bien entretenue et proche de tous les commerces de la mer et lignes de bus. Très beau restaurant juste à côté. Manque un peu de vaisselle pour sept personnes mais peut convenir pour un cour séjour. Ce logement Convient très bien pour de jeunes fêtards ! Les avions passent très près mais cela ne dérange pas trop.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo alloggio! La vista mare era semplicemente spettacolare, un vero spettacolo ogni mattina e sera. La posizione è stata sicuramente un punto di forza – perfetta, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni. La casa era accogliente, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. L’host è stato davvero eccezionale, molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a offrire ottimi consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza rilassante con una vista mozzafiato e una posizione invidiabile!

Sono contentissima del mio soggiorno a Ibiza. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata facile e accogliente. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima ed è molto bello e ben arredato. Ha superato ogni mia aspettativa, ancora più bello di quello che appare in foto. Se dovessi tornare a Ibiza sicuramente tornerò a stare qui!

Located just behind Pacha, it’s in the absolute best spot you could imagine for anyone wanting to experience the heart and soul of Ibiza. The surroundings are just stunning, with gorgeous, well-kept gardens and a pool that feels like a private oasis. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, making the whole vibe even better. Whether you want to chill by the pool or dive into the vibrant nightlife, this place offers the perfect balance. 🌴✨ The host was incredible – super responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I honestly can’t wait to come back and stay here again. If you’re coming to Ibiza, THIS is the place to stay! You won’t find a better apartment or location. Already counting down the days to return! 💫

The location is awesome- very close to the beach, restaurants and clubs. The house is clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony with the sea view. We really had a great stay here! I highly recommend!

Logement très sympa et bien agencé dans un quartier paisible et tranquille. Vue sur mer avec beaux couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse du haut. Roland est un hôte très prévenant et il a été vigilant à ce que tout se passe bien tout au long de notre séjour. Lit bébé et chaise haute mis à disposition : un vrai plus pour nous. Hormis l’humidité dû à la location et à la saison, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement!

Apartamento excepcional, super amplio y bonito. Zona muy tranquila de la isla con una cala muy próxima muy bonita y con mucha oferta de restauración. Héctor ha sido un anfitrión excelente, ha sido super atento y amable. Muy recomendable.

Superbe appartement très pratique dans un joli immeuble de design. Le propriétaire nous a rapidement trouvé un lit bébé, ce qui a été très appréciable. Je recommande vivement

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille (avec trois enfants) dans cet appartement situé en plein centre. Un parking gratuit et situé à 15 minutes à pied. Les petits rues du centre-ville à proximité de l’appartement sont assez bruyante, mais cela fait partie du charme de la vieille ville d’evissa. Une voiture nous a été proposée par les hôtes , ce fut très pratique de la récupérer directement à l’aéroport et de rejoindre l’appartement. L’appartement était propre, les lits étaient fait, le linge de Maison était également disponible.
