Nice quiet relaxing and respectful family community in beautiful surroundings away from the crowd and madness. Great for young families. Car essential and easy access to the lovely South West and the rest of Island. Eduardo was very friendly, chilled out and helpful. 7 pines next door is expensive, but, worth a visit for a wonderful sunset at the cone. Cala Comté is close and gorgeous but very busy. Plan visits off peak. Apartments are spacious, functional, with amazing balcony views, salt water pool is very nice. Occasionally you may hear your neighbours but we had very respectful neighbours on our visit. Only issue is fans instead of A/C. Adding A/C fans for hot months would be a big asset.

The airbnb was beautiful, very spacious and everything we needed. Toni is a great host and was very helpful with anything that we needed! Would recommend!

We had a great time at Mark and Barry’s house. Location was amazing and the roof terrace with 360 degree views was beautiful. Great recommendations for restaurants and beaches - all the ones we tried were faultless. Would definitely stay here again.

Das Haus ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Jeden Morgen mit diesem tollen Blick auf Ibiza Stadt und das Meer aufzuwachen ist wirklich traumhaft! :-) In Echt ist es noch tausend Mal schöner! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und einfach wie zuhause. Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren zu 8. in der Villa, die so groß ist, dass sie für jeden Einzelnen einen Rückzugsort bietet. Wir wären am liebsten gar nicht abgereist und werden definitiv alle wiederkommen! Die Kommunikation mit Oliver und der Check-in und -out mit Heike waren einwandfrei, super flexibel und einfach easy going. Vielen lieben Dank & bis zum nächsten Mal! :-)

Ruim opgezet en schoon appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen aanwezig. Het strand is eenvoudig en snel bereikbaar, ook met kleine kinderen. Een aanrader, we komen hier zeker nog een keer terug! Alessio is een vakman, hij staat altijd voor je klaar!

We had a wonderfull time at this beautifull house. The rooms are spacious and everything is clean and nice. Lovely pool and roof terrace! We enjoyed our welcome with the housemanager, she offered us usefull tips of the surroundings and gave us a great tour of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, easy to get from place to place, 10 minute taxi to the old town and beach clubs, private and relaxed, Bruno communicated very well and always responded quickly. Would happily stay there again!

Sehr ruhige und private Atmosphäre keine direkte Nachbarn Strandnah und sehr viel Platz auf dem Grundstück Der Salzwasserpool sehr angenehm und freundlich zu Augen und Haut kein Stress wegen Handtücher auf den Sonnenliegen 😉 Für Selbstversorger ideal, Küche und Grill gut ausgestattet. Lali ist immer für einen da! Danke für alles wir kommen wieder !

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in de villa. Alle faciliteiten waren er en de communicatie met Valeria was erg prettig. Het is een ruime villa en het zwembad is heerlijk! Enige minpunt was dat de bovenverdieping van de villa door iemand anders wordt bewoond en dit vrij gehorig is. Ook zit je niet privé in de tuin omdat het balkon van de bovenburen aan de tuin grenst.

Our stay at this beautiful house near Cala Molí in Ibiza was wonderful. We were greeted by Lolo and Lucia who were very friendly and gave us lots of tips about the area where the house is located. The property is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, near Cala Molí, Cala Vedella and Cala Tarida. The house is super cozy and has everything you might need for a perfect stay. A well equipped kitchen with all the small appliances you can imagine. The two main bedrooms a very comfortable, ech with its own ensuite bathrooms wioth showers. The third room, though smaller, has a bunk bed and its own bathroom as well. The terrace has an unique view and we loved to have breakfast there with the most wonderful view of the sea. We also took advantage if the barbecue and cooked some great meals. The upper terrace has an even better view of the ocean. The pool is a great addition and completely secluded. All in all, the house exceded our expectations. ¡Thank you!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa, Pool super sauber, wir waren eine Woche da und der Pool wurde zwischendurch gereinigt und auch das Haus wurde ein mal von den beiden Reinigungsdamen komplett sauber gemacht. Aussicht ist einfach wunderschön, Haus super sicher mit Alarm Anlagen und großen Tor sodass niemand auf das Grundstück kommen konnte. Wir würden wieder kommen !

Notre semaine de vacances était juste magnifique et la maison de Toni est paisible, bien placée et correspond parfaitement au descriptif. De notre côté, il manque quelques ustensiles utiles pour faire la cuisine…

Superb view and amazing pool and lounging area. Inside, it is traditional Spanish decor, that could do with some modernisation. Given how great the exterior patio was that inside did not seem a problem. Location offers a superb view, road from the beach is steep and windy but worth the trip. Overall great stay and great location.

A Dream Stay in Ibiza This seaside villa in Ibiza is a gem! With four beautifully designed bedrooms, it’s both luxurious and comfortable. The breathtaking sea view, unique location, and safe surroundings make it perfect. Plus, it’s just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. An unforgettable retreat! We enjoy cooking and having lunch with the family in the Terrace over looking the sea. And doing yoga classes in the morning on the platforms!

Wat een fantastisch huis en adembenemend uitzicht! Het huis was precies zoals op de foto’s: ruim, fijne slaapkamers, volledig ingerichte keuken, mooie terrassen met goede zitjes en een groot zwembad. En vanuit alle kamers kan je genieten van het uitzicht. Communicatie met de host was plezierig en snel.

Très bon séjour dans un endroit calme. Pas de logement aux alentours, nous étions vraiment seuls. La villa correspond à la description, idéal jusqu’à 6 personnes, et l’extérieur était parfait avec la piscine et le barbecue. Endroit à recommander si vous souhaitez visiter l’île

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Tout était exactement comme décris dans l’annonce. La maison est hyper bien placée et l’hôte est très prévenante ! Bref, nous reviendrons ! Merci Laurence !

This villa is without doubt the best we have stayed in in Ibiza, even the world! We were a party of ten adults many of whom had experience of villa rentals and all agreed that it stood out in terms of location, facilities and comfort. The view of the magical island of Es Vedra from the pool deck is stunning. There are two separate terraces for eating and relaxing, both sheltered from the sun, and one from the rain. There is also a barbecue and outdoor kitchen. Inside, there is a cool, cosy and comfortable living room leading to the bedrooms, all with ensuite. These are all perfectly appointed and very private. The beds are super comfortable and all but one had air conditioning. For a large party the villa is ideal because you will never feel on top of each other! The villa is situated perfectly too, on the small road down to Cala Carbo, a lovely quiet beach with two restaurants. Neus was a perfect host too, helpful, responsive and charming. We could not recommend it enough!

Tuvimos la suerte de pasar una semana entera en esta villa tan bonita con unas vistas espectaculares en plena naturaleza. Al ser una casa grande es ideal para grupos, hay diferentes zonas donde poder estar y disfrutar todos juntos. Nos sentimos super a gusto y muy agradecidos con el trato de Pepita, la dueña de la casa, que junto a Lucia se preocuparon de darnos todas las facilidades a nuestra llegada y nuestra salida de la villa. Nos encantó la experiencia y volveremos seguro! Mil gracias

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful modernist villa. The layout is excellent, offering fantastic views and strong connections to the surroundings, the sea, and the old city of Eivissa. The garden, filled with local vegetation, is a great place to relax, and the villa is equipped with all necessary amenities. We felt at home right away and are really going to miss it.

I don't usually leave reviews but Hans' house is absolutely fabulous. The house is located close to the posh village of San Josep, inside a private estate with 24hrs security. The house is on a hillside that looks onto a beautiful bay. The house has everything you need including air con and Netflix. We specially loved the master suite at first floor, accessible from the outside, which meant our teenage kids stayed downstairs with their friends in what felt like a separate house. We had our own private terrace and fridge, a busy parent's dream. The pool is perfect and has its own terrace surrounded by the garden. Hans and his concierge Miguel were super helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you again for everything, we'll be back!
