一組限定、一棟貸なのでご家族またはご友人と自然の中でのびのび過ごしたい方に。囲炉裏でのお食事、(持込のみ)珈琲工房も併設してるので豆の販売、宿泊のお客様にはコーヒーの提供もさせて頂きます。なお2～12歳のお子様はチェックアウト時に1人2200円返金させて頂きます。 We opened the "Kominka accommodation" in Japan 2022. Our inn is a remodeling of a 100 year old Japanese traditional house, and you can touch Japanese tradition through our inn. Also I have been an English teacher for whole my life, so do not hesitate to ask details in advance. note; we can pay back 2200JPY for 2 to 12 years per kids when checked out.

【Important】Guests planning to make noise outdoors after 9:00 p.m. may not stay. The booking representative must share this rule with everyone. About one hour from central Tokyo, this private house in Chonan, Chiba accommodates up to 10 guests. Enjoy table tennis, darts, poker, Wii, BBQs, a fire pit, sauna, cold bath, dog run, and badminton. Dogs of all sizes are welcome. Shops are within walking distance. The pool is available from July to September.

房総の小江戸と呼ばれる大多喜城下町通りにある京町家のような築110年の歴史をもつ古民家です。 大多喜城（徳川家康四天王の１人本多忠勝十万石居城）、国指定重要文化財などが大切に保存され、千葉では珍しい古い城下町が広がり、懐かしさをそそります。 海あり山あり川遊びあり渓谷あり黒湯の温泉ありのローケーションです。(車で10分～30分圏内)房総の自然を満喫する拠点としてお使いいただけます。高滝湖のワカサギ釣りや、何十万年前の磁気の逆転、チバニアンは世界的に有名です。（3年後にビジターセンターがオープン予定） 当施設は、夷隅川を見ろす場所に位置し、地盤は岩盤です。 お車でお越しの際は、圏央道　市原鶴舞ICから20分になります。 東京駅から大多喜まで高速バスで80分になります。 羽田空港から車で1時間弱、成田空港から車で1時間10分です。 最寄り駅は大多喜駅で、徒歩12分です。(いすみ鉄道脱線の影響により、一部区間はいすみ鉄道代行バスになります)

まず初めに、当施設は消防署の指導のもとサウナを設置しております。サウナ室のドアは専用のドアを設置しおり、ドアノブをひねる方式ではなく、内側からは押すだけで開けることができます。また、サウナ前室に消火器も設置しております。 大人数で利用可能なサウナがあり、水風呂も3つ付いています。宿泊期間中サウナ使い放題。 サウナ好きの方からも、排気・吸気が上手く行ってるため、一定高温なのに呼吸がしやすいとご評価頂いています。 虫の声を聞きながら外気浴ができます。夜サウナがおすすめです。 一棟貸しのため大勢でバーベキューや室内での食事を楽しむことができます。 寒さ対策として、石油ストーブとこたつも設置しております。 庭も広く、キャッチボールやトランポリンなどでも遊ぶことができます。 車を停めるスペースも豊富にあり、 5台くらいまでなら全く問題ありません。
