Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. Private Basement Apartment w/ 2 Queens & 2 Twins

You will have your own home away from home in this one bedroom basement apartment. You walk down a flight of stairs to gain access. When you enter the living room has a pool table, big screen TV w/sound bar & Roku, Wifi access, and leather couch and loveseat. There is a beautiful bathroom and a small kitchen for cooking meals. The large bedroom has 2 Queens and twin with twin trundle bed. Off street parking in our driveway and in unit laundry for 7+ day stays.

We use only eco-sensitive products at our Inn— it’s too pretty and serene here to do otherwise.

Enjoy the quaint, quiet and walkable neighborhood of the numbered streets of Idaho Falls while staying at our well appointed loft. The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!
