It is the same floorplan on 1 acre of land with a view of the valley. We generally don't rent to locals from Idaho Falls. If you are a local feel free to message us.

Close to Jackson Hole Wyoming, Rexburg, Heise Hot Springs, Targhee, Yellowstone National Park, Island Park, BYU-Idaho, HERO Mountain America Event Center, Shelley Blackfoot & Pocatello. Steps away from Idaho Lavender Farms which is in full bloom July-September.

Westside guest house. Light-bright- not a basement

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.

Enjoy the quaint, quiet and walkable neighborhood of the numbered streets of Idaho Falls while staying at our well appointed loft. The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Country Cottage, farm fresh eggs, 10min to airport

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.

Cozy Cabin for the perfect getaway!

This cozy cabin is the perfect spot for a secluded getaway. It is tucked away in the trees and has a fire pit. It is close to Bear World, Heise Hot Springs and only 85 miles to Yellowstone National Park and 90 miles to Jackson Hole Wyoming . Kelly canyon ski resort is about 20 minutes away and Grand Targhee ski resort is an hour and fifteen minutes away !

1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with laundry and pull out couch. Laundry center in unit. No detail had been overlooked. Clean, opened in July 2022. Looks out onto the yard. Minutes to the airport, green belt, and downtown Idaho Falls. Close to Yellowstone National Park, the Grand Tetons, Heise Hot Springs, Lava Hot Springs, Craters of the moon, Island Park.
