Come join us at this grand old house built Cira 1890 by CharlesFairbanks and his brothers. Charles later became Vice President with Theodore Roosevelt. The perfect blend of old and new in this 1857 mansion, the Silas Willard home, just 1/2 mile from downtown. This king suite is 1 of 4 rooms with a full bath, most all amenities, and a majestic view between two pillars onto our historic district of homes. It's whispered this home was involved with the Underground Railroad, Abraham Lincoln, and the startup of what is now Knox College. Enjoy a 24-hr breakfast, PJ bar, and explore the entire main floor full of secrets, mysteries, and even a vault.

Spring Meadow Room

The Spring Meadow Room is the most economical room at TimberCreek Bed & Breakfast. It is a cheery yellow room. It has a tall tray ceiling, chandelier, queen bed, 2 oversized comfy chairs, and a private bathroom. TimberCreek is an upscale BnB on 25 landscaped acres. The Inn is situated at the end of a long winding lane in a secluded meadow surrounded by trees and a stream. It's imminently peaceful. Birds are singing. Rabbits, squirrels, and deer are common and the stars are incredible.

Historic Craftsman Style Boutique House

This beautiful craftsman style house is over 110 years old and still has all the original woodwork making it cozy and inviting. It is also tastefully decorated with art and antique furniture giving it a very unique and boutique feel. Because the house is perfectly situated between downtown and Washington Park it is ideal for those doing business in the city center or tourists visiting the historic sites. My goal is to offer a comfortable , unique, and satisfying experience for all my guests.

Built in 1914, located in the historic district a few blocks from Caterpillar's , OSF, Methodist Hospitals, Bradley University, downtown Peoria, the Civic Center & Riverfront. Bus service is on the corner. I live in the home and have my practice here so I usually host professional working people, not partiers or one-night stands. This listing is bedroom #1 king size bed with futon. There is a dog and cat that live inside.

Historic Poehlman House - 1st floor bedroom

The Historic Poehlman house was finished in 1898 by Conrad Poehlman. Hand crafted into the hillside directly across from Abraham Lincoln’s tomb and rolling hills of the beautiful Oakridge Cemetery. Mr. Poehlman raised 7 boys and 3 girls in the 3 story brick home. Standing tall and modest at the very end of the street of a very quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious but cozy enough to make you feel right at home.
