This place was absolutely amazing, we loved the setup. The wildlife was great to watch and house was extremely clean and well put together. Would stay there again if we come back down to this area.

The cabin was exactly as described, clean, easy to find, and spacious. The driveway can hold 4 cars. Keith and the cohost were very responsive and helpful when reached out to.

Great place to get away for a few days or longer. We didn’t want to leave. They’ve thought of everything. Kitchen supplies, popcorn for movies, extra towels, they had things we had forgotten. We spent the day in the hottub, cooked out and watched the fire burn in such beautiful surroundings in the country-not a person around! The full kitchen is the best…many only have a microwave and sink - huge plus when we booked and when we were there. The drive is easy from the Dallas area and if you need anything - a town with Walmart among other stores is just a quick drive. I hope to go back soon!

Dogwood Bottoms is a gem of place to stay. If you are looking for a private place that is absolutely beautiful with the sounds of running waterfalls, this is your place! Tim is very helpful and responds very quickly! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

The house was an incredibly great place for the price! It is literally RIGHT on the water and we enjoyed our time sitting out on the porches. Speaking of porches, we very much appreciated that they were clean of spiderwebs and bugs when we arrived (a lot of homes don't pay attention to that detail.) We had a house full but everyone was comfortable and with the extra living room/bedroom downstairs, no one felt crowded. The house is full of extra amenities, inside and out; the kitchen is stocked full. There was extra of anything you needed! It was 10 minutes from downtown Eufala and marinas. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic cabin, lovely view, amenities superb, host was wonderful. Still a 5*, but not a good locale for handicapped or mobility impaired. We are in our late 70s, in reasonably good shape. From the pictures we expected a flat easy, grassy walk to the water, where we could pull the kayaks if they were too heavy to lift, and they were. The access route was a very steep hill and rocky, water access limited, was slimy and green for some way out, not something I wanted to wade through for swimming or anything else. The area is lovely to see, picturesque, etc, but way too hilly to walk or hike from the cabin. A vehicle to transport the kayaks and yourselves to other recreational areas on the lake, and the strength and energy to do it, would be best. No handholds in the bath or by the spa. That said, this cabin alone is lovely and worth it, but the locale was a poor choice on our part, even for the fit, lake access from the cabin is very limited, not good to swim or fish from shore.

Very beautiful home, with everything we need and Reid was very responsive and very flexible. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our visit at the KOA in Sallisaw, OK. The cabin was super clean and very cute. We would recommend staying at this KOA; it was far superior than staying in a local hotel.

Absolutely loved staying at “the shack” it was super clean, cozy and peaceful! Everything was provided and the bed was very comfortable! This is our new fav spot in OK and every time we come to visit this is where we’ll be staying. Tracy is definitely a super host and was willing to let us check out a little later after being up super late at our nephews wedding. I highly recommend this place!

This was a Great little spot for us and super close to our event! I was very thankful we were able to book with Shane and Carla since this was a last minute decision on our part, and as it turned out, we had to cut our trip short by a day. But it was very peaceful and comfortable and fit our needs Perfectly!

This cabin was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Felt super safe, private, and very quiet. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you.

This now ranks as my top favorite Airbnb! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway for some downtime and decompression- this is it. There is a lovely spring fed creek right out the back, with tables and benches to sit at while you listen to the birds and the creek. The space was clean and well stocked with all the supplies I needed and more. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well on the nice soft linens. A couple of added bonuses were the delicious fresh eggs from the farm and the sweetest, most loving farm dogs that came to check on me as I walked around and appointed themselves as my guardians! Amanda was a wonderful host who always got back to me quickly to answer questions and went above and beyond to help facilitate a few requests I had. Would love to stay here again next time I am in the area.

I frequent the Eufaula lake often, and this is my second time staying at this Air BnB. the cabin is cozy, yet spacious. The wild life that literally walk right up to the back porch is amazing! The host is very responsive, and answered any questions that I had. like I said I have stayed here twice now, and I will be back many more times! 10/10!!!

My family had a great time staying here! The back patio was a huge hit and we ate meals at the outdoor table whenever possible. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices, oil, and coffee. The trail to the lake is steep towards the end, so not the best for small kids. We made it work and the lake view was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here!

Our trip didn’t allow much time at the house, but it was very clean, cozy and peaceful. It is nestled in trees with a lovely covered porch. It would be a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or sit a read a good book. It is thoughtfully furnished with toys to entertain young children and felt open and inviting.

We enjoyed our stay. She was easy to contact and the place was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. The local restaurant was not great.

We had a good stay. We fell in love with the original stove that has been maintained or refinished so beautifully. It went well with the rest of the decor. We also liked the wood pieces like the cutout of the lake. Thank you!

There are plenty of sleek, modern cabins with that brand new smell to be had these days... but there's nothing quite like staying in a cabin, a decade shy of a century old. The whole cabin was a comforting visit to yester-year. squeaking floorboards, original, latch windows. Every detail was covered, from coffee bar, comfy beds to "not cheap" toilet paper . we could go on and on, but the view is spectacular. We even had a bald eagle land eye level with us, looking out the back down to the river. Although the river is quite easy to get to, if you like a short hike, it's not super kid friendly in the water, but the kids managed to spend a lot of time down there anyway. I grew up loving the illinois river, and this place you should check out!
