Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Gorgeous Lake house retreat

Gorgeous lake house with high end finishes and updates throughout. Nestled directly on the exclusive Indian Lake, you have direct access to the lake for fishing, swimming, kyaking and and anything else you desire. Excellent place for families and couples alike. Close to all Narragansett beaches and a 10 minute ride to Point Judith for block island ferry. Just off RT1 our lake house retreat is easily accessible to major highways and just 20 min to newport

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.
