This is a perfect spot for a larger group. The outdoor space was excellent with furniture, TV, pool and grill all under screen (protected from no-see-ems and mosquitoes). Pool was kept very warm for us. Layout of house allowed for privacy for 3 groups of people. Stephanie provided pool toys, beach chairs and toys, spices for cooking, and anything else that you might need. Just bring yourself and your clothes. Everything else is provided for you. Our stay was delightful! Thank you Stephanie!

Everything we needed for a peaceful weekend to fish Headwaters. Tom seems like a truly great guy.

The Limpkin cottage is everything you would want for a peaceful getaway. Andi really thought of everything when it came to stocking the cottage, we forgot our bug-spray and Andi had a variety of options available. Sunsets were a particular kind of beautiful and the catfishing was extra fun, Spent most of our time just relaxing on the Dock. Neighbors were kind and welcoming.Truly a gem of a place, will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nazim and Rasheda’s home. The house was very clean and everything was very well set up for guest. Virtually every switch and cabinet had a label to describe what the switch did or what was in the cabinet. That was very helpful to not have to search around for something or try to figure out which switch turned on a light or fan. That really helped us to get comfortable and feel at home quickly. The house also had everything we needed, which has not always been our experience. Sometimes there is a kitchen utensil that is not there and I have to run to the store and pick one up, but everything we needed was here. They were very responsive to any questions we had, so it made for a really excellent experience. The house itself is wonderful, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of room, with a beautiful back yard with the pool and the view of the lake back there. It was wonderful to see the sunset back there. A great place to stay in Vero Beach!

Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

First off, the place was spotless upon arrival, and equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, from games, fully stocked kitchen, access to anything needed for the beach or relaxation. Hosts were super responsive and proactive in provided instructions and being helpful throughout the visit. The home was very spacious and able to accommodate us well without feeling cluttered in the home. Great pool and serene relaxation on the patio. Don’t walk, run to this booking if you’re even considering it. Looking forward to come back next year when my son has spring training for baseball.

Sue’s place was wonderful! We loved the deck off our place. We enjoyed breakfast there. Also very excited to see a dolphin and 3 manatees in the waterway just off our deck!!! The apartment was very nice and comfortable. We definitely will want to stay there again.

Meowdy! We just had the purrfect getaway at this cozy barn loft, and we simply must share our feline thoughts. From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special. The humans call it a "renovated barn," but we called it heaven—snuggly blankets, clean corners for sneaky naps, and windows with views of some very curious creatures. Now let’s talk about our new friends: the horses and donkeys downstairs were gentle giants with kind eyes and soft noses. We were mesmerized. And the chickens! Oh, the chickens—so clucky and full of drama. We watched them like a soap opera. The humans raved about the comfy space and a magical thing called a "DVD collection" (we just appreciated the warm laps and popcorn crumbs). Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Ten out of ten toe beans. We’re already pawing at the calendar, counting the days until we return. With purrs and whiskers, Rogue and Ned (Fur babies of Stephanie and James)

I rented this beautiful little spot for a nice quiet weekend and it did not disappoint. Hiram met me as I pulled in and showed me around in detail. The property was close as described I would say they should talk it up more . Absolutely everything was spotless , clean, and looked to be brand new . I’ve rented quite a few different places but have never been met with such hospitality and being made to feel I was at home. It was exactly what I was looking for plus some. I will return there many more times. I’d give Hiram and the property 6 stars if in could
