The cottage is also a perfect location for a peaceful getaway where you can spend time simply relaxing amidst classic California scenery: oaks, pines, and the ever-changing skies.

Hummingbird Cottage, near Kings Canyon Nat'l Park

With easy access to Kings Canyon National Park this peaceful little cottage has it all. Come relax with the whole family and kick your feet up around the outdoor BBQ and watch the hummingbirds. We have board games ,books on the area, toys for children ,badmitten,horseshoes, and croquet. The yard is completely fenced for children and pets . Nestled in the pines of the beautiful Sierra Foothills this quaint, country cottage is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy all that nature has to offer. It has a bedroom and a bonus room with two additional beds. Step outside your door for a cup of coffee at the gazebo, view of the horse pasture with deer, wild turkey and all of the wildlife that we enjoy! After a day in Yosemite and exploring the historic town of Mariposa, the perfect place to unwind and relax. Fully stocked kitchen.

Quinn Cottage @ Old Fig

My College Home, is my guest house, in old Fig Garden, located in a peaceful garden like setting on a great property. I have updated it in 2024 and put in a new Air Conditioning/ heating unit. Easy access to Highway 41 with a 90 minute drive to the Yosemite Gate. For dining and entertainment we are near the Tower District and Fig Garden Village. It is a one bedroom non-smoking detached home which shares the backyard with the main house and our 2 labs. Pets will be considered for x-tra fees.

We have a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, bbq and patio set for outdoor eating. The house is equipped with wifi, 2 AC units (upstairs & down) and space heaters. Watch the stars at night, or see deer grazing in the yard. Enjoy our cute peaceful neighborhood on 1 acre of private land!
