Arts & crafts style bungalow, on a quiet street just south of Broad Ripple, near Butler. Original architectural details, built-ins, hardwood floors, and wood-burning fireplace all add to making this home a comfortable retreat, or a sophisticated visit. A fenced backyard with seating & grill create a wonderful, private, outdoor experience, and the front porch with swing is a casual alternative. 2 queen bedrooms downstairs & 3 beds upstairs. The living room includes a Smart TV, AppleTV, and WiFi.

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

The Bulldog Bungalow in Broad Ripple- pet friendly, renovated bungalow home in the HEART of Broad Ripple Village in Indianapolis. Our beautiful home is just 3 blocks to Broad Ripple Avenue, so you can walk to everything the area has to offer such as restaurants, shopping, pubs, parks, and more. Take a stroll, ride a bike, or jog on the Monon Trail 1 block away. Enjoy a meal in the updated kitchen or relax in the fenced backyard with fire pit and hot tub (seasonal tub- closed May-September).

Our home has lots of character but please remember, it's very old! : ) The house has some squeaks and the floors show wear but we think you will find it a great place to create memories!
