Come Relax and Enjoy the Breathtaking Views

Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful house!

Rustico immerso nel verde,vicino al fiume e alle sue spiagge, roccia per l'arrampicata a 30m, klettern, a 200m Bus per Locarno e Ascona (5km) 10 min A PIEDI dalla strada su sentiero. Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!
