The Lone East

The Lone East welcomes its visitors to its unobstructed views of the open ranch, the vast wonder of the Inyo's and the mountainous Eastern Sierras. As cattle graze and their young play in the distance we are transported into the wonder of the High desert and its pristine wilderness backdrop. Early morning sunrises from the East, and the magical twilight evenings from the West take you on a unique journey that only something greater could have imagined. It is here. And it is here for us to enjoy.

A rest after a day in the Death Valley desert

Only 30 minutes to Furnace Creek in Death Valley and 10 minutes to the Ash Meadow Wildlife Reserve! Stay in this clean, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located on my 10 acres of ground here in Amargosa Valley, NV. Comfortable for 4-5 people. Rollaway bed available. Nearby sites to see are Death Valley National Park, Ash Meadow Wildlife Preserve, The Amargosa Opera House, Rhyolite and more. Eating places nearby are El Valle Mexican restaurant and Longstreet Casino and Stateline Saloon Pets are welcomed!

Sip your coffee on the balcony of your Cottage and relax in the peaceful energy of the pond, pastureland, the mountains, and the sunset. We have hiking, biking & riding trails and Disc Golf to play. Visit Success Lake, Tule River or Casino. We have 2 other rental units (Private Suite & Ranch House) available.

Big Pine Cottage Hideaway

Big Pine Cottage Hideaway! Our guest house has a fenced yard with a seasonal creek running through it. It has a parking area that can accommodate 2 vehicles. It is close walking distance to the downtown area. Big Pine is a small town, so morning and evening walks are a must. The base of the Eastern Sierra’s has many great places to explore. Small pets (30lbs) are allowed for a fee of $30 and is payable at check in. Pets are not to be left alone. WiFi is available, but can be spotty at times.

Featuring soaring ceilings, spacious kitchen, modern game room with pool table and 75” TV, hot tub, and mountain views. 0.2 mi to Pierpoint Restaurant 10 mi to Lower Coffee Camp 23 mi to Trail of 100 Giants Gaze at the stars around a warm fire or find a new book in our library loft. This sparkling clean modern retreat is freshly painted inside, with new flooring in the bedrooms, gleaming hardwood in the common areas, and updated features throughout. Recently upgraded modem/router bring you Lone Pine's best available WiFi service. The house, situated on a 6+ acre parcel of rock spires, huge boulders and stunning views, is a magical place of respite from civilization, yet only ten minutes to town. The house offers sprawling decks, Wolf range, gas BBQ and gas fire pit.

This guest house is designed with your needs in mind, complete with a full kitchen, laundry, and claw foot tub. We built it to exceed all energy efficiency standards, so it’s cozy in the winter, and cool in the summer. We are a CA certified “Green Business”. We strive to promote a culture of energy efficiency and sustainability.

The Cabin at Three Falls Ranch

Three Falls Ranch Guest Cabin dates back to the early 1920’s. Recently remodeled, the cabin boasts 2 bedroom 2 bath (has the option for a 5th roll away bed). Visitors have access to over 1/3 mile of Poso Creek including the waterfalls, 130 acres of ranch hiking, bird watching, wildflowers, creek exploring & guided visits with our animals (mini goats, chickens , mini donkeys). Explore Frog Meadow, Tobias Peak, Portuguese Pass. 1 hour from Trail of Hundred Giants, Kern River in summer

At the foot of the Funeral Mountains, just outside Death Valley National Park, this tiny home is a great basecamp for adventures. Death Valley, Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, Rhyolite Ghost Town, and Beatty are just a short drive away. Our secluded 4+ acre property has few neighbors and is adjoined by thousands of acres of public land to explore. Hike the Funeral Mountains with abandoned mines right from the front door or visit "Big Dune" Recreation Area just 6 miles away.
