Large dock includes refrigerator, tables, grill with fuel, paper plates and plasticware, music, fans, fresh drinking water, solar shower, life jackets, vegetable garden, Sail shades, Gazebo! LARGE COVERED PATIO (860 sq ft) with gas grill, table and chairs and games. Plus a firepit w/ free wood.

It is 3-minutes to I-77, 5-9 minutes to Lowes Head Office/Davidson College/nearby retails, ~25 minutes to Charlotte. We follow Airbnb's 5 Steps Procedures to sanitize & disinfect for your peace of mind.

Lake Norman private retreat

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, fire pit, 3 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats, & 3 paddle boards. Life jacket assortment& beach towels. Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area.
