Gloria was an amazing host and her home was outstanding! Beautiful home, even better views, many activities to do, close proximity to stores, private and quite, except for a rooster that was roaming the property (which we thought was cool to see). All my kids did was play outside the entire trip, not one iPad was watched. We will be back for sure!

We own the local live music venue and have frequently have bands coming to town that need a clean safe location! Two band have stayed here so far, and have told me how wonderful their experiences were. We're so grateful to have this available within 4 miles of us (Easy Wind Farm). THANK YOU Katie Powers

We took a small vacation with my sister’s family and we loved the location. Our kids enjoyed the small play area in the basement with the arcade machine and foosball table. We cooked every night and they had all useful appliances. We used the Ninja air fryer and Keurig machine every day. Since we went in January after a snowstorm the road was a little hazardous to use and the lake was completely frozen, so we spent most times indoors. We did enjoy going to the dock and looking at the frozen lake. This will be a great place to visit during the summer, they had Kayaks to use and a nice dock to jump from and fish. We would definitely come back.

Relaxing, well-kept property and house with a view. Plenty of good food in next town over. If you haven't been to Northern Neck, stay here and enjoy some peace and quiet.

This home was a great location for us to enjoy all the sites in the area-it was easy to get to and parking was superb. The house was clean and orderly. Our family had plenty of space and was very comfortable for the weekend when we were visiting. Our dog was at ease the entire time at the house and loved walking the neighborhood among all the other local pups. The beds were comfy, clean, and well appointed. My boys loved the room with twin beds. All Linens and towels were clean. Thank you for our stay and helping us to enjoy a great family weekend in Williamsburg.

We love this house! Our dogs love to sit in outside porch and they have lots of room to play outside.

Brent was incredibly accommodating and flexible. His place is great and served the purposes for what we need. It was well-appointed and had all necessary amenities. Highly recommend his place!

This Airbnb was very convenient to Severn Yachting Center. We were able to work on our boat all day and enjoy being in a home at night. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Super safe area that is right on the water! Communication with owner was top notch! Highly recommend staying here!!!

We loved our stay at the Rosé Retreat and are so sad to leave! The place was spacious and beautiful- we felt right at home. The surroundings were so peaceful and serene. Roxanne and Tara were very responsive and helpful. This was the perfect place for our family to spend a fun weekend together. When we come back to Irvington, we will absolutely stay at the Rosé Retreat again!

The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors are very friendly. Cupboards were stocked. The view of the river is gorgeous. Brian responded quickly to any questions we had. Check in and out was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had great weekend stay at the Williamsburg campground. The cabin was just very clean and comfortable with all we needed for the weekend. The campground itself was wonderful with plenty of things to do, although we were there to explore Williamsburg and surrounding areas. overall a great stay and would definitely return again!!

We had an amazing weekend at this charming little Airbnb camper right on the Chesapeake Bay. The peaceful, rustic setting and stunning waterfront views made for the perfect escape. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves, enjoying the marina amenities, and relaxing on a secluded beach with birds flying overhead. The host, Morgan, was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage by the water! The home itself is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a true retreat. Waking up to the peaceful views of the water every morning was just magical. The location is perfect, with some fantastic restaurants just a short drive away — everything from fresh seafood to charming cafes. Heather was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

This apartment is very comfortable, clean and private. It is attached to the main house by a breezeway but the entrance is on the side so very private. You have access to the entire yard which is beautifully maintained with flowers and many bushes trees and plants. We enjoyed the deck a lot and although the house isn’t on the water you still have a nice view of the water. TV is super host and very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave us extra treats that we enjoyed and appreciated. Thank you! And we would definitely love to come back next time we are able to get away.

My partner and I had an amazing time at Victoria's place for a birthday celebration. It was extremely cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. Archer and Marley make the best welcome committee-- we had a great time making friends with the kind animals at the sanctuary. We were a short drive to Williamsburg, where we enjoyed lots of great food options, but we found ourselves missing the cottage and itching to return. There is lots to do on the property such as pool, darts, or relaxing on the L-shaped couch while enjoying a show. During our stay, we didn't have any issues with spotty wifi and were able to binge watch The Pitt without a problem. Overall, Victoria has a wonderful home and is a very thoughtful host. We hope to return soon!

This place was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed. Even our dogs were welcomed. Sharon provided a binder with lots of information about the farm and things to do in the area. We will likely stay here again the next time we come to the area.

The pictures don't do this beautiful cottage justice. The property is lovely and relaxing and the house is so charming. Even though it feels very remote, it's so close to lots of fun spots. We can't wait to return!

I cannot find the words to express our families stay. When I say this was the best stay at an ABNB we have had thus far it was. The outside itself from the landscaping to the scenery was breathtaking. Checking in was a breeze. Once inside pictures cannot begin to show the beauty of this property. The hosts have really thought through a guest experience. They went over and beyond hosts duties adding extreme attention to details. Anything and everything you may need or want for your stay was there. Even with all the extra amenities and the beauty of the home our family instantly felt at home. We loved our stay so much we have already booked our next stay.

This place was exactly what my partner and I needed to rest and relax and spend quality time. The private beach made us feel like we were on our own resort. The home itself has even more comfort and amenities than you see in the pictures. Beautiful furnishings, clean, full of light. The main bedroom is upstairs and is positioned towards the beach so you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrise without leaving your bed and hear the waves while you sleep. The balcony off the bedroom is another great seating area if you’re looking for quiet time. There is a super comfy couch in the living room which makes it a great place to relax and watch tv or play games. There are some games available at the house. bikes and kayaks. We spent a nice day lounging on the beach chairs and on the porch chairs before making dinner, didn’t need to bring kitchen supplies since most were available. Did bring own spices. Tim was great and all his tips and info pre arrival were super helpful. We’ll definitely return

Chip & Courtney are great host that had no trouble communicating with my group & I. They too had a binder/folder with simple and easy house rules along with things to do around the area. The home itself was very spacious, clean and beautiful. We felt right at home. Thanks so much for having us once again 😌

We booked this beautiful beachfront home for my husband's birthday, and it was perfect. Check-in was seamless, and the breathtaking water view greeted us upon entry. The house was spotless and peaceful, with only the soothing sound of waves. We enjoyed most meals in the sunroom overlooking the water and took advantage of the outdoor seating as the weather warmed. Fawn, a great coffee and breakfast/lunch spot, was just five minutes away. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook fresh seafood from Little River Seafood. Mornings were magical with stunning sunrises, and the nearby beach access was perfect for walks, yoga, and birdwatching. A highlight was Hughlett Point, a hidden nature preserve 30-40 minutes away, leading to a secluded beach with only 11 parking spots. Thank you for sharing your home—it made for a peaceful and unforgettable celebration!
