Granny's Cosy Corner

This cosy self contained apartment is attached to the Owners house but has its own entrance and private off road parking. It is a quiet suburban location with the town of Westport easily accessible less than five minutes walking on street lit footpaths. This is the ideal location for couples looking for a romantic escape away yet close to the restaurants and night life of Westport or for young families looking for somewhere that easily accesses that many amenities that the town has to offer.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

Have fun with the whole family or friends at this stylish place. There are 3 bedrooms in the house - one with a king size bed, another with a double bed and the third one is with two single beds. There is dedicated office space as well and a walking closet, equipped with iron, ironing board and steamer. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room provides plenty of seating spaces. Rose Cottage Farm Private Unit-1 km to town center

Rose Cottage has a history dating back to the 1800s. "Rose Cottage Farm" is a separate unit contained in an extension to the original farmhouse (2023) with its own external entrance. Despite its rural ambiance, "Rose Cottage Farm" is conveniently positioned at the end of the N5 on the outskirts of Westport, just 1 km from the town center. McHale road is a very friendly community in a cul de sac and is a 15 minute walk to the town centre with shops, pubs and entertainment. It is also a 10 minutes walk from the train station.
