The hosts welcomed us very kindly and during our stay we felt more than comfortable. The house is offerring you anything you need and we liked its charme with all the beautiful details, decorated by heart. The place is very quiet and peaceful and you have all the privacy. There is the small town Felline, which you reach quickly by car. We loved Everything, especially the outdoor aera with the big swimming pool and the beautiful terracce. Would come back at any time. Thank you for your kindness!

Casa e ambiente meraviglioso. Ottima per rilassarsi e spendere un po' di tempo insieme con amici e familiari. La casa è vicina ad Alba, Barbaresco e non lontana da Barolo. In poco più di un'ora si raggiunge Torino. Se avrò la possibilità, tornerò sicuramente. La consiglio.

Carmine und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut verständigen können. Das Grundstück wird von beiden super gepflegt, jede Ecke ist sauber. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind auch sehr schön angelegt, sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank. Anja und Familie

Highly recommend this villa. The house was really comfortable for our two families and had everything we needed for our stay. The house has a large garden with the olive and fruit trees, and a very spacious outdoor area to eat and entertain. The house is also very close to the town, supermarkets, etc.

wir haben hier ein paar wunderbar erholsame tage in schönster umgebung erlebt. wir würden sehr gerne wieder einmal kommen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Entspricht vollumfänglich den Bildern. Sehr gut gepflegt und der Besitzer ist sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Danke liebe Familie C. für die schönen Tage die wir bei euch verbringen durften

Comfortabel appartement in een rustig, oud en levendig stadje. Midden tussen de locale inwoners, die allemaal erg vriendelijk zijn, graag een praatje maken en je helpen met tips en zo. Vooral Salvatore tegenover het appartement is erg behulpzaam! Appartement zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs koffie, thee, olijfolie, wasmiddel en dergelijke is voor gezorgd. Concetta, de verhuurster woont in een nabij gelegen dorp en reageerde altijd heel snel. Auto kun je makkelijk op 5 mins lopen gratis parkeren. Voor minder validen is het appartement minder geschikt ivm 2 verdiepingen en toegang.

Posizione splendida sopra una delle più belle spiagge della zona con accesso tramite una strada asfaltata direttamente alla Padulella. Ampi spazi interni ed esterni ! Assolutamente perfetta .

Mein Mann, unser 12 jähriger Sohn und ich hatten tolle 12 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Sie entspricht komplett der Beschreibung von Giulia. Der zugehörige Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und war sehr großzügig zum Einparken. Die Lage der Unterkunft (sehr ruhig und doch zentral) war hervorragend für die vielen Ausflüge entlang der Küste und ins Hinterland. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Garten abstellen, der sehr schöne Zitronenbäume, eine Tischtennisplatte und Stühle sowie einen Tisch zum Verweilen enthält. Die Umgebung hält viele Caffes und Restaurants bereit. Unser Sohn muss sich glutenfrei ernähren und wir fanden direkt eine Straße weiter eine hervorragende Pizzeria (My Dream), die eine exzellente glutenfreie Pizza herstellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Siamo stati benissimo da Andrea, che è stato gentilissimo oltre ogni aspettativa. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, confortevole e pulito. Sotto casa c'è la fermata dell' autobus per raggiungere il centro ( ma si può raggiungere anche a piedi in 15 minuti) e ci sono ristoranti, pub e birrerie ottimi e aperti fino a tardi. A pochi passi c'è anche un supermercato.

Nous avons passez d'excellentes vacances en famille! Peu de temps avant notre arrivés Alexandre nous a donné toutes les indications pour accéder à la maison et même un petit guide de recommandations pour profiter de la région. Une fois sur place, Francesco nous a accueilli dans cette très belle villa qui correspond vraiment à sa description et aux photos (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous étions 9 et avons pu tous profiter sans nous marcher sur les pieds. Merci à Alexandre et Francesco pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour!

The views here are somehow even better than pictured, worth it for that alone. The apartment matches the photos, the furnishings are spartan but have everything you need for a short stay where you're probably mostly out anyway. The walk into town along the main road has some tight spots without a sidewalk but you can also take the longer walk along the beach. In our group of 4 there were 2 that were woken up by the train and also wished the beds were softer so keep your personal preferences in mind. Minor suggestions would be adding wifi, some extra towels, and regular non-stemmed drinking cups in the home. From the start communication with Francois was excellent, despite some plans outside of his control changing he was proactive on making sure we were able to get checked in with the very friendly housekeeper which worked out perfectly despite the language barrier. If we ever have a chance we would stay again.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Besonders toll fanden wir die ruhige Lage und die tolle Aussicht. Wilko ist sehr bemüht um seine Gäste. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen :)

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

Die sehr schöne und ruhige Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht hat uns begeistert. Ein Auto braucht man hier auf jeden Fall um die Umgebung zu erkunden und für den Einkauf, der Supermarkt war geschlossen und nur ein Restaurant geöffnet(Ende April). Am besten auf dem Weg vor Ankunft schon in Guspini oder Oristano alles im Supermarkt besorgen. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit 15 Minuten zu Fuß kein Problem. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell reagiert und die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We loved our stay near Budoni! The place was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning nature. The view was truly breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Inside, the cozy fireplace added such a warm and welcoming touch—perfect for the evenings. Our 6-year-old had the best time playing and helping in the garden with Jeanny’s mum. It felt like a perfect escape, and we’d love to come back again!

Martino’s house is really beautiful, super clean and he prepared us dinner on our arrival which was awesome. We were not lucky around the weather but the house was warm always to keep us warm in the cold. Location is in between Locorotondo and Martina Franca, closer to Locorotondo. You will need a car! And you can go to all the nice places in max 1 hour. I believe Martina’s house would be much more enjoyable during summer period where you can enjoy the outdoor sitting.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour avec ma maman. Nous avons même vue le volcan en activité depuis le jardin et nous pouvions avoir des oranges et citron du jardin. Idéal pour venir en famille
