We absolutely LOVED our stay at Villa Tari and will remember the view forever. The Villa itself was beautiful with everything we needed and our hosts were friendly, responsive and there to help us when we needed them. The Villa is a great place to chill out for the day but also just as easy to access great walks, climbs and hill runs. There is a supermarket/deli nearby that sells incredible food and we enjoyed BBQ's at the villa with delicious meat and fish. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Tari.

Wir haben uns direkt Willkommen gefühlt, Fausto hat uns an der Straße abgeholt, die steile Auffahrt ist ein Erlebnis. Die Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechen der Unterkunft und Umgebung. Es sind keine Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe, auch nicht der Strand. Ein fahrbarer Untersatz ist daher absolut zu empfehlen. Möbel schon etwas älter, aber alles sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden gewesen, was von uns benötigt wurde, einzig ein Ventilator wäre bei der Hitze, kein Tag unter 28 Grad, nachts kein Tag unter 20 Grad, das I-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Ein Bad mit Badewanne befindet sich oben in der Wohnung, das 2. mit Dusche unten im Anbau der Garage, durch die Wohnung über eine Treppe erreichbar. Fausto war jederzeit erreichbar, was wir aber nicht in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Vielen Dank Fausto, es war ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in deinem Haus.

Das Haus und der Garten waren super ausgestattet, es hatte alles was man in den Ferien im Haus und für den Strand braucht. Es war sehr schön und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Nieves war immer gut. In der Nähe gab es Restaurants, Supermärkte sowie einen Spielplatz, zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Das Haus ist auch gut für Familien mit Kinder geeignet. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern für zwei Wochen in Concetta's toller Unterkunft. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight für uns alle. 😃 Der Blick aufs Meer, die Sonnenuntergänge, relaxen am Pool - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, konnten richtig gut entspannen und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Mirkowelle etc. Der Außenbereich mit Garten ist sehr groß und es gibt ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Concetta ist ein tolle und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Bei Ankunft hat sie uns Restaurant-Tipps gegeben und war vor und während des Urlaubs immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben während der zwei Wochen verschiedene Ausflüge gemacht, z. B. nach Syrakus, Noto, Ragusa und Taormina. Letzteres ist etwas weiter entfernt, ist aber wunderschön gelegen und sehr zu empfehlen. Concetta's Unterkunft können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 😊

The villa is in a lovely spot in the hills, very close to some nice towns and beaches. It was very well equipped and beautifully designed. The only downside was that due to the position in the hills, you don’t get any late afternoon / evening sunlight. We had a great stay overall.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Sardinia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Luca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite our flight landing late, he patiently waited to let us in around midnight, giving us a full tour of the apartment and ensuring we had everything we needed. He even greeted us with a thoughtful gift basket filled with local wine, fresh bread, pasta, and other goodies – a perfect touch to kick off our Sardinian adventure. Throughout our stay, Luca was incredibly responsive, always replying to our messages within minutes, and even helped us navigate a few car rental issues, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for – it honestly felt like a home away from home. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille, Luca, for making our trip so special!

Great communication and flexibility from Roberto- we arrived late and it was no problem. Kids loved the pool and lots of space outdoors to relax. sandy beach short walk away and Castellammare del Golfo a great town for evening dinner and drinks.

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

Really enjoyed staying at Stefano‘s stylish villa in the middle of an olive plantation. So peaceful and perfect to relax with the beautiful pool to refresh and a brand new kitchen to cook meals from fresh local ingredients. There really wasn’t anything we’d missed and we can fully recommend this place.

Wonderful villa on a fantastic place with a tremendous view on the valley op Poppi. Clean rooms , excellent beds . Very large garden with 360 degrees view all over the region. Fantastic swimming pool . Very friendly and cooperative hosts . Rating : 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a HERO to my friends for finding Curina luxury villa. It was absolutely wonderful!! The home is spectacular and was perfect for our group of four couples. Each room was beautifully appointed and the common areas are lovely. Our favorite hang out spot was the spacious rooftop deck. Hosts Valentina and Ilario made it extra special. They recommended fabulous local spots, but the experiences they provided at the villa were the best part. One night we did a cooking class and learned to make arancini, and another night we had a magical private wine tasting with amazing small bites. We will remember our stay at the villa as a very special experience. Don’t miss hiking in Zingaro Preserve if you stay at Curina!

Gloria a été très accueillante. La vue est formidable. La plage est accessible à pied. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. La piscine et le jardin sont entretenus deux fois par semaine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Great place for a large group. Luca communicated quickly with us and helped us with anything we needed. Check-in/out was very easy. The view is great - you can see the Faraglioni from the house. Just note that it's about a 10 minute walk uphill to the city center - for the most part we were able to just call a taxi if we needed.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt! Das Haus und die Umgebung ist noch schöner und grösser als auf den Bildern und wurde mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die verschiedenen Ebenen und Bereiche im Haus und Garten verleihen ihm eine besondere Atmosphäre und machen es sehr geräumig. Die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar – man kann direkt vom Haus in wenigen Schritten ins Meer gehen, was unseren Urlaub besonders entspannt gemacht hat. Der private Pool und die verschiedenen gemütlichen Ecken und Sitzgelegenheiten bieten viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Vermieterin Nicoletta, die uns mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt hat und immer erreichbar war. Ausserdem konnten wir früher einchecken, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen. Alles war perfekt, von der Ausstattung bis zur Lage. Wir können es wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

Ignazio is a fantastic host! We had a few issues with the breaker because of unseasonably cold weather and he was there to help right away. He gave great suggestions for local visits and was warm, hospitable, and a genuine delight throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and well kept. Keep in mind you'll need a car to get around. There is a lovely welcome gift but otherwise the house minimally stocked so you'll need to do a grocery haul for water,etc. Decent grocery store is 8 minutes up the road. The marina and beach are a short 10-15 minute trip and you're 20 minutes from other historic towns such as Ibla Ragusa, Scicli, and Modica. Siracusa and Noto are a little further but still an easy day trip. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again at Cutalia soon.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. Check in was great and we communicated with Giulio for everything and he was very responsive. I’

Loved everything about this place - the villa, the facilities, and especially Tiziana our host. She always communicated promptly and was there to meet us as we'd arrnged for check-in. She was so helpful and kind, and gave us many tips so we cold make the most of our stay. Hopefully we'll return one day and enjoy it all over again.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr schönes Haus, moderner Stil, schöner und großer Aussenbereich. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Straße, viel Privatsphäre. 3 Bäder, aber im Bad konnte man leider nirgends seine Handtücher aufhängen. Eine Mappe mit Tipps wäre hilfreich gewesen. Pool war Anfang Oktober leider schon sehr kalt. Generell ist der Ort im Oktober schon sehr ausgestorben und Strände werden schon teilweise nicht mehr gemacht. Alles in allem aber ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, Auto zu empfehlen, einzig und alleine die ständig bellenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die einem auch nachts den Schlaf rauben können, waren ein Manko. Sonst ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!
