Our home is professionally designed and set on a spacious, manicured green parcel enclosed by a Cul-de-sac with complete privacy inside and out. The home is designed with all modern conveniences and is located less than a 5 minute walk to Love Lane (Mattituck's charming downtown), Veteran's Beach (one of the best beaches on the Northfork) and the Mattituck train station. It is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that North Fork has to offer.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Beautiful condo on Long Islands Northfork

This condo is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful stone fire place. Gorgeous shiplap walls with Navy accents. There is also a new deck and wonderful dinning set outside. This unit has capabilities to be handicap accessible. Both bedroom have private bathrooms. The living room sectional opens up to a full sleeper making this condo able to sleep six people. All rooms have flat screen smart tv's.

Newly renovated sun drenched, spacious studio in Southampton. Five minute drive to Main Street, while still in close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches. Queen size bed and queen size pull out couch. Full kitchen with new appliances and full bathroom. Private bungalow with a separate entrance in a historical tudor home. Spacious bedroom with king-sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Jitney stop is one block away!
