The house is a charming 5 minute walk to downtown Jamestown and a scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge to Newport. There is a great bakery/cafe and a brand new playground a mere 250 feet away. Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
