Hire a kayak, go tubing, or explore the endless hiking or 4WD trails. It's the perfect getaway for a family or two or a group of friends.

In the warmer weather, swim or float down the river via two river access points or enjoy a drink, BBQ and relax in the hammock on the spacious deck overlooking the river. In the cooler months relax by the indoor woodfire, outdoor firepit or venture to the snow, with Mount Buller around an hour away.

Bob's Cottage Mansfield

Bob's cottage is a unique, private, self-contained high-country accommodation, located on the historic Delatite Station, a 4,000 acre working farm. It was originally built in the 1930s for Delatite’s first full-time gardener and has recently been renovated. Nestled into the side of a hill, above the Delatite river. The farm cottage has glorious views across pastoral river flats with the ever-changing colours of the mountains as a backdrop. Perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.
