Modern Ski Chalet, Togakushi, walk to restaurants

Renovated to be open, modern and spacious our chalet is only 20 minutes drive from Nagano City, Togakushi and Iizuna ski resorts. It is less than 5 minutes walk (or 1 min drive) to some cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter. We are 1080m above sea level, its cool in summer!

We have renovated a small wooden hut by woods. It stands on a plateau area over 1,000m elevation. When I was a child, my one of a dream was building my secret place like this by myself. Larch Peak Chalet features a warm wood interior, custom wooden furniture, and fully upgraded modern facilities. It is beautifully situated in a forested neighbourhood close to the Hirakawa River. Restaurants, bars, and a convenience store are all within easy walking distance. During the green season( from May to October) guests can also enjoy BBQs in the garden.
