It has a full kitchen aside from a stove but does have a microwave, toaster oven, hotplate and exterior gas grill. I am close to Crown Hill open space, Sloans Lake (Edgewater market + many restaurants), Morse Park, Golden, Red Rocks, Belmar outdoor shopping and 15 minutes to downtown Denver. Lightrail is nearby (with parking) and a multitude of hiking trails. 1 hour to Loveland Ski area.

My place has a recently updated bathroom and refinished wood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils to meet all your cooking needs. The cabinets and countertops are old but clean and functional. You'll appreciate that my place is within walking distance of many dispensaries, Sloan's Lake, restaurants, Joy Ride Brewery, bars, and dining options. There is plenty of free parking. No smoking cigarettes inside. Pot is legal in Colorado, so you may smell a faint odor of pot.

Sloan’s lake has a wonderful 2.5 mile trail loop with a view of the Rockies that you can enjoy biking, walking, or running. Edgewater public market has lots of great food and you can also enjoy some local brew! Downtown is an easy 10 minute Uber ride directly east on Colfax.
