A $500 fine applies if a pet is brought in. Emotional support animals are considered pets and are not allowed at anytime.

The home is centrally located and features a hot tub, grill, campfire ring and large yard. All amenities like bikes, canoes, kayaks, and rafts are available at River Riders next door for a fee.
