Our home sits on one of the most beautiful streets in the entire neighborhood. We are 7 houses from Iroquois Park. It is terrific for walking, hiking, or just having a picnic. The original newspaper article from 1976, the previous owners stated “The neighborhood legend about this house is that it just floated up the river in the ‘37 flood and somebody just built a foundation under it!
