My Dalmatia - Sea view Villa Amaria

Sea view Villa Amaria is an amazing newly renovated property situated in the peaceful village of Svirče on the beautiful island of Hvar. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, offering panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, and featuring a private swimming pool, it provides the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a truly stress-free vacation. With four elegantly furnished bedrooms, each equipped with its own en-suite bathroom, the villa comfortably accommodates a group of up to 10 persons.

Oliva - Cool loft studio

This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

It is fully equipped and has 1 bedroom, living room with extendable sofa, kitchen, bathroom and big terrace which is ideal for eating and spending time outdoors. There is no airconditioning, but the apartment is situated in the shade and is therefore very comfortable in the summer heat. It is located near a beautiful sandy beach and is just a 5 minutes walk away from the center.
