I had an amazing stay at this beautiful homestay! The space is exactly as pictured—modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The living room was incredibly cozy and perfect for relaxing, with a large comfortable sofa, stylish decor, and a great entertainment setup. I especially appreciated the clean and minimal design, as well as the thoughtful touches like indoor plants and artwork that made the space feel welcoming and peaceful. The large windows offered a lovely city view and brought in so much daylight. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Highly recommended—I’d definitely love to stay here again! The location is just in the middle of Penang Island, very convenient to anywhere!

It was a very nice stay, very clean & tidy. The location is also very good, very close to anywhere in Georgetown. We all enjoyed it very much and will come back next time if given the chance

We had a great time staying at Ryan’s place. He was a very responsive host who accommodated us with great flexibility. We thoroughly appreciated that. The place is very clean and well equipped. Nothing more I could have asked for. Parking was easy with good access. We also felt safe as the place was well guarded. I strongly recommend this place to others and happily return if opportunity arises.

This is a fantastic, clean, and amazing place. Our family had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here. When you go up to the 29th-floor rooftop, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the entire Penang, along with a gym and a rooftop swimming pool. We will definitely visit again next time.

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

This is my 4th staycation in this place. The homestay is clean and you feel like you are in your own house. The location is very strategic. Nearby airport, Bukit Jambul and Tokong Ular. Easy to access. Free parking. Got Speedmart, 7 Eleven, Nasi Kandar & Sushi Ya at the ground floor. The host is very responsive. Very recommended for small family.

The home are clean and very well kept. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly and very helpful. The house is very spacious, well decorated and the kitchen is full of clean utensils which are very convenient especially booking for a big family. Truly recommended host and place to stay in Penang; the location also very well connected to southern Penang (Bayan Lepas) and northern Penang (Georgetown & Tanjung Tokong).
