SurfSide Suites & Apartments #3

Location, Location, best in town. Walk to nightlife, restaurants, and boardwalk, from this modern second floor suite. Contains 2 queen beds, large bath, and kitchenette for all the comforts of home. We require a cash security deposit for 3 or more guests or anyone under 35 or at check-in. It will be returned at check-out if there are no damages inside or outside of unit, all trash is removed linens are not ruined and the unit is left in the same condition as when you check-in

Grand Two Bedroom King + Queen W/ Terrace

This expansive suite features an upscale and open living, dining area with a powder room and full kitchen which separates king and queen bedrooms and their private, spa-like bathrooms featuring rain showers and Aesop bath amenities. Complete with a large private terrace capturing bohemian Fishtown views, this is the Archway's most luxurious suite. Parking available onsite for additional fee. Pets welcome ($150 per pet) Twin sized cot available upon request ($25 per night).

This room rate does not include a $21 per night Urban Fee + Sales Tax or a $2/night NYC Occupancy Fee for suites. An incidental deposit of $350 + tax (in case of damage or smoking onsite) will be charged at check-in (credit/debit-card ONLY). Credit card deposits are released in 1–3 business days; debit card deposits in 7–10 days, depending on your bank. Must be 21+ to check-in. The Terry House, a Federal Townhouse circa 1860, is located in historic New Castle, Delaware. This room is on the 2nd floor, featuring a historical nautical theme in one room and historical classic cars in the other room. This suite features, a queen and a full beds as well as private baths and a mini fridge in each room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor to work, hangout, or play games. ** Not serving breakfast at the moment.
