Kathy was super nice and was very responsible and responsive. She made sure I was settled when I arrived and gave me extra accommodations when the weather showed it was going to flood. I didn't technically stay in this A-Frame due to the weather, but I'd stay anywhere Kathy is again!!! Cute, friendly cowboys working around the property while I was there always said hello. The raw milk in the shop is the best I've ever drank, and the Kefir is soo good. Amazing Airbnb, book now!!!

Firstly, Wayne and Norma have created the perfect environment for a relaxing stay! So picturesque! Wayne greeted us when we pulled up and showed us notable points along the viewing scape, and offered to give us a tour of the barn area. 4 of us, including my 86 yr old MIL with a cane! Norma has stocked the place with preparations missing from every other rental location we’ve ever stayed! From make-up wipes, to eggs & bread in the fridge, having an iron, W/D, cleaners, vacuums, etc., that not only did you feel at home, but if you forgot it, they prepared by having it there! Great location if in the ABE area, and have multiple directions to go! We needed to go to Bethlehem, and it was 20-25 minutes away. New master bedroom mattress coming, but wasn’t in time for us, but all in all, didn’t detract from the visit! Loved it so much, we’ll probably be back from Florida to just stay for the peace and comfort and the area! Thanks Norma and Wayne for the exceptional stay!

A peaceful stay for visiting and recovering from the busy nearby towns. We stayed for a fall weekend getaway and Zully's listing was perfect for us. My partner and I enjoyed the privacy and quiet nature of the property. It was a well needed contrast to the busy restaurants, beaches, and park we visited, which were only a 20-minute drive away. It was our dog's first Airbnb stay, and she loved it even more than us. The property has a very large yard with ample walking space. There are also well cared for chickens on the property, which our dog loved watching through the window.

Great little cottage- we would stay again if and when we are in the area.

I’d give the Carriage House 10 stars if I could! Lori was so welcoming and friendly, great start to our stay. The photos pretty much tell the story, but the apartment is even more beautiful in person. Everything you could want or need and more is there; the kitchen was fully supplied, better than most I’ve seen. Comfy bed; plenty of places to hang out between the sofa and table, and outside as well. The decor was wonderful, colors and fabrics well chosen for the rustic elegance vibe. The artwork was really impressive, it was different from what’s in the photos so maybe the pieces are rotated in and out, but a wonderful modern counterpoint to a more traditional vernacular style of architecture. Couldn’t ask for a more peaceful and private setting, so wonderfully quiet, and the big floof dogs were a delight, so friendly! Will be sure to visit the alpacas next trip! One of our best travel experiences ever, so glad we discovered this gem.

Check in was easy, Jennifer house was perfect for my family it was spacious and very roomy, my family even said how beautiful the place was!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. Large, comfortable rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Very well equipped with all kitchen & eating supplies. Views out the windows are wonderful as shown in the photos. I enjoyed looking out over the fields in the morning and walking down to the Back Brook on the property. Location is very rural and a great place to walk with little traffic, but only a 15 minute drive to New Hope and Hopewell, and 10 minutes to shopping & restaurants in Flemington. A great place for a family with children. We enjoyed talking with Jamie & Chris and look forward to enjoying their farmhouse apartment again.

My family was so happy and felt comfortable to this amazing, cozy home. Nagi and his wife was so friendly and very responsive. We loved so much the serenity of nature and calmness of this place, We experienced to pet their horses and our furry loves to run freely in the vicinity. This is the prefect place to relax and recharge, most of all to embrace the gift of nature. We highly recommend this place and we'll definitely book here when we visit again the beautiful State of Delaware. Thank you so much.

I loved my time at Rebecca's place! Not only was she flexible with my arrival time and provided me with helpful directions on how to get there and where to park, she was ready waiting outside when I pulled up! She was so nice and was so personable as if I was speaking to someone I've known for years! She gave me a tour of the unit and pointed out everything I needed to know! The stay was so clean and had towels and linens laid out for my use!!! She provided very tasty food recommendations and made sure I knew she was available if I needed anything during my stay!! Checkout was so easy and instructions were very easy to follow!!! I will definitely be taking her recommendation and returning in the Spring to get some much needed study time before my exams!! I would recommend this stay to everyone who's looking!!

Our family spent an idyllic 4 days at Pickle Farm!! Gorgeous surroundings, beautiful historic farmhouse with modern updates. We did not want for anything! Communications with host and property manager were perfect. I would go back this weekend if I could!! (Whoever is there in the next week will be treated to a spectacular show of daffodils and tulips!!)

We had two extended stays at Kelly’s guest house as it served as an outstanding retreat while our home was undergoing construction. The house is cozy, spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. It is highly recommended for a quiet getaway and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as well watching the horses, pigs, and goats. Our last night there were treated to a wild lightning show from the Florida room as a line of wicked storms passed through after sunset. I sure I will have to find some excuse to stay here again soon.

An adorable place to stay! We loved how clean it was, and the yard was charming. We needed a place near my parents to stay and let the dog hang out while we celebrated a holiday weekend. We walked the dog a ton around town. It was nice pretending we lived on a farm for a few days!

As always, we felt at home in a clean, comfortable garage apartment that features a peaceful setting.

We came back to the Apgar House for the second year in a row and loved it just as much as the first visit! Two nights here during peak spring is so peaceful and healing - from sipping coffee on the front porch and hearing the creek to watching the sheep and cow on the property on the beautiful landscape - it’s truly an oasis! We love the historic charm and how well decorated the home is with its colonial architecture. Jeff is always super friendly when we see him on the property feeding the animals and makes us feel at home! The property is also close the great antique shops, local restaurants and great hiking trails. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Such a fantastic stay. We spent the weekend here and it was perfect with our toddler. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated. We enjoyed relaxing in the cottage and using the fire pit, walking/running the canal, and exploring the food and shops in nearby Frenchtown and New Hope. It is a truly peaceful, beautiful area and Kristine/Will do absolutely everything to ensure you have a memorable stay. We especially loved the provided bagels, drinks and snacks. Thank you again for everything, we hope to be back one day.

We had a nice and peaceful stay. We had an event in the area and Ava’s place was just minutes from where we were going. It was absolutely convenient. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The host checked on us as soon as we arrived and made herself available. And checked on us during our stay. What I enjoyed the most was how easy the host made booking and the actual stay. It was definitely a pleasure.

Super cute place! We prefer using our own things, but it was well stocked for guests. Also, there are no nasty fragrance smells! I am really sensitive to synthetic fragrances and chemicals, so I contacted them and they don’t use anything like that- what a blessing!! We would definitely stay again, but I would mention a few things for people trying to decide. First, I don’t think there is any air conditioning, or we couldn’t figure it out. It was the perfect temperature for us, but it was too hot upstairs for my daughter-in-law. If you were going in the summer, that may be a problem. Also, we always clean up after ourselves, but they do ask that you take out your own trash and remove the used sheets and towels and place them by the laundry when you leave- just an fyi if you’re used to hotels. Lastly, as mentioned in other reviews, you can hear traffic at night in bed- I actually love that, but some people don’t. It was perfect for us, and we would definitely recommend it!

Excellent place to stay for a night. If you are interested in petting goats and having a campfire in the evening it is a perfect spot. Really a chill relaxing place to take it easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul and Erma's place. It had all that we needed for a weekend get away. It was close to our destination and was perfect for just relaxing when we got back. We would definitely stay here again.
