Swim off the dock in the private pond, or paddle the kayak or canoe. Ten miles from Corning's Gaffer District & 25 miles to the world famous Watkins Glen State Park.

Beautiful views and many excellent wineries surround the lake. Excellent water sports, boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and hiking. Excellent restaurants surround the shoreline. Much fun for all! All seasons are beautiful. Even winter, the warm, new house, surrounded by bare trees and maybe some snow is a very kool place to enjoy life!

Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
