This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. 10 beds for adults. 3 extra beds - one couch/sofabed for one adult, one couch/sofabed for two adults. Size of the house is 300 m2. The ground floor, with a summer kitchen, two tables for + 10 people, a billiard room and a sauna, is absolutely connected to the outside area where there is a swimming pool, table tennis, volleyball court, trampoline, swing, deckchairs and lots of trees and plants. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone.
