Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, while still being close to all the attractions the Poconos has to offer.

Brookside Retreat

The Brookside retreat is improved and expanded, a full two bedroom, two full bath carriage house completely dedicated to the rental. A very quiet and tranquil setting nestled on the edge of the east side of town in historic Jim Thorpe. You can bike or walk to restaurants, the Lehigh River, Lehigh Gorge State Park, and local attractions. The downtown area is 1 mile from the property, but please note it will be up hill to return! The addition of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry converted the cabin into a comfortable home, while maintaining the original charm and character. The original hunting cabin space is now the great room, with the kitchen on one side and the family room on the other.
