Close to all local attractions including rafting, tubing, and biking for the summer months. As well as great skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing for the winter time.

Located a few minutes away from Watauga Lake and the Appalachian Trail, this 600 sq ft abode is fully re-built inside and out. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
