Great place for us, super easy to get to back and forth to the Rex Plex event center. Really enjoyed our stay and will be booking it again next year.

This unit was as described and very comfortable. The instructions on how to get into the building and then into the unit were excellent. So glad that the unit had a washer and dryer. The free assigned parking space in the parking garage was priceless! So safe and secure. Very quiet area and attached to the Des Moines Skywalk. Walkable to a large grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. Could not get the online "guide book" to open up. Could have contacted Josiah, but didn't really find a need for it. You might want to make sure you will have access to it before arriving. Highly recommend this unit and renting from Josiah.

Timothy was incredible responsive and communicated very well. We got to town a little early and he accommodated us for an early check in. The space was absolutely perfect for my girlfriends and I to get ready and go to a wedding down the street at the World Food Prize building.

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

The house was easy to find and get into. Everything was very clean and surprisingly spacious! We enjoyed the hot tub and we were very happy with how clean, private and well-maintained it was. My kids enjoyed several games of pac man in the game room too! The location was fantastic. Easy to go downtown, good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Plus it was very quiet, even though close to the highway. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area.

The house was very comfortable for our family who arrived from various parts of the USA for the Knoxville Nationals. Hot water, comfortable beds, AC, and a kitchen full of everything one needs, including spices and a few condiments was great! We would stay again.

We were in town for our son's graduation. This was by far the best AirBnB that we have stayed in since inception! The house is gorgeous, please take care of it if you stay, great host are hard to find. Everything was clean, updated and perfect in every way. The beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of linens and towels. There were more than enough extras of everything, so if you forget to bring something, chances are it's provided. There was more than enough space for our group of 4 adults. We couldn't stop raving about the space, everything is as listed, Jennifer's communication is awesome and she was very accommodating with a couple of changes we needed to make. The only thing we could complain about is that we didn't find the space sooner, being this is our last weekend trip here. We definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

This stay was everything. Felt just like walking into my own home. Very nice set up. Was there this p past weekend for a basketball tournament and all gyms were 20 or less from the home. Everything went well, no issues at all.

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!

The house was a great place to stay for our family - easy to access the town and if you are using public transportation it is a few blocks from a stop. We hosted family for the holiday and everything we needed was available at the house. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great seating options, and nice water temperature and pressure throughout the house! We also enjoyed the heated two stall garage, and the cloths washer and drier were newer and very useful for our longer stay. We used all the spaces throughout the house except we did not have an opportunity to use the gym. And the screened in porch was fun to hang out in on a rainy afternoon.
