Deep-water lake home on Lake Sinclair with historic charm, great for swimming, kayaking, and boating. Drop in or rent from Twin Bridges Landing and dock your water toys here. Ample outdoor space with a well-equipped covered porch and large patio. Grill out while enjoying lake views and watching the big game. Lower level king master w/en-suite has a walkout to the backyard and lake. Two additional king rooms, two queen rooms, and a bunk room are located upstairs. Two full baths are on each floor.

Welcome to this serene escape on Lake Sinclair, a peaceful 2bed, 2bath cottage that sleeps up to 6 guests. Enjoy stunning lake views, relax on the screened-in porch or hammock, and explore the water with kayaks, floats, and a pedal boat. Swim or fish off the dock. Inside, the cozy cottage features spacious, open living and is fully-equipped with modern amenities. Unwind by the fire pit after a day of fun or relax on the screened-in porch. This is the perfect place to relax, play, and explore.

Ocmulgee River Timber Frame Treehouse

Welcome to our beautiful timber frame treehouse! Hand-built by local carpenter David Green, this work of art overlooks the Ocmulgee River. Our two-story dwelling has two porches, a lofted bedroom (full bed), a living area (window seat/bar/twin bed) and kitchen area (foot-powered cast iron sink, outdoor camp stove, prep area, dishes, cookware, and more). As of (Spring 2026) there is not an indoor restroom. We do have a camping style toilet (Luggable Loo) available. 2 seater canoe provided
