Such a beautiful place! We felt fortunate to have been able to stay here…loved the outside spaces and the pool. The bed was super comfortable, we slept really well there.

Oh my goodness, the place was more beautiful in person.. highly recommend this place. The view from the pool made me feel like I was in a movie. Jason was a wonderful host !

READ THIS REVIEW: Honestly Stephanies place was better than I expected. The house was beautiful. The art all over the house, amazing. It felt like a big tree house. The hot tub is better than what pictures show. Its so peaceful and close to the airport. We were hesitant at first because of other reviews but im glad we booked because it was far from what we thought. The cats are sweet but they don’t come inside unless you leave the door open. Even then you shoo them away and they’ll leave. Its a beautiful home. I would 100% stay here again if I came back. There is soooo much space. There was 11 of us and there was more than enough space. Very responsive when we needed them! MAHALO !

Our group absolutely loved our stay. The host was extremely responsive and the pictures don't even do the place justice. We loved the view and relaxing by the pool until it was time to hit the beach. The location is ideal; it is not too far from Kona (8 minute drive) but you feel like you're in a jungle oasis.

We loved the location of the house. It was central to everything we needed on the Kona side of the island and the elevation made it cooler. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and boogie boards. We appreciated all of the appliances and amenities in the kitchen as well. And the property is great with the beautiful flowers and trees of all kinds! Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend to others.

Staying at Jason's place is an awe-striking experience. The house is extremely spacious and clean, equipped with everything you might need. My favorite part is sitting in the hot tub while enjoying the breathtaking ocean view. Convenient location while surrounded by the lush trees to ensure privacy and peace. Jason is the best host ever. Very friendly and proactive, yet I didn't feel social pressure at all as an introvert. It's so stress-free, inspiring, and dreamy. I feel lucky to stay here! I can't wait to come back again with my family.

We had a fabulous stay! There were 6 adults with 2 little ones (1.5 and 3.5 years). The home was roomy and bigger than the pictured. We all were amazed at the home and ocean views. The kids had plenty of room to play. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The beach toys were put to good use. The hot tub got used once. There was parking for 3 cars. All in all, the home worked out so well, I would rent it again!

Thank you John, Ann, Mary Ann and Sofia for hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us. the view from your garden is incredible. your garden is immaculate! there was everything you need in the kitchen , if you needed to cook. Absence of TV in the room was actually great , it was quiet at night and we didn't have time to watch TV anyway . there are too many things to see on our first vacation and visit to the Big Island. John and his family were very kind letting us try their papayas from the garden. location is very close to Costco, airport, and downtown Kona. perfect place to start your vacation if you plan to stay in different places , during your vacation. overall my son and I were happy and enjoyed staying at Hibiscus room. highly recommend!
