A 30 second walk down the driveway to Gooches Beach where you can look across the bay to the Kaikoura Mountains, take a dip, kayak or paddleboard. This property shares a driveway with the hosts that live in the property in front. A great walk along the new beachside pathway to the Pier Hotel and town. Cabin is situated on our son’s land adjacent to main house, fully fenced cabin area private off-road parking. Working dogs on main house property area(friendly and love attention.)
