Rustic firepit for toasting marshmallows. Access to the beach is shared with unit behind. Family bookings preferred. Linen & towels included.

The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family with a Queen bed in the room and bunks off the lounge.Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair

Relax and unwind in this private fully self-contained one-bedroom wing, in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac, 1km from the beach. It is locked off from the main house and offers a warm and inviting base ideal for couples, solo travellers, or business guests. You'll enjoy comfort throughout your stay. I'll give you the space and privacy you need, but I'm always nearby if you have questions or need local tips. 3.5km to Bayfair, Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island and Baypark for dining, shopping and events.

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Papamoa Beach - entire guest wing near the beach!

You'll have your own area in our spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, a short distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

The Beach is just 4 mins walk away! This is a great place for families or maybe 2 couples wanting a nice beach break. The third bedroom is set up with twin beds designed for children. There's a great little patio to enjoy BBQs in the sun. There's a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook at home when you want to, but there are awesome cafes & family friendly pubs a short walk through the local reserve. This is our family holiday home and we hope it can be yours too.

Aloha Beach House - one block from Papamoa beach

Come stay & play one block back from Papamoa Beach! This sun drenched house is set back from the road on a quiet street where you can relax & escape to the beach. This house is ideally located on the fringe of the Coast Shops (Fresh Choice Supermarket, Cafe, Gastropub) at the beginning of Papamoa. The indoor/ outdoor flow is an entertainers dream. The living areas & kitchen are north facing opening out onto 2 separate sunny decks surrounded by tropical garden.

Enjoy your stay at our self contained guest suite with 1 or 2 bedroom options. A minimum 3 guest booking is required to access 2 bedrooms. We are conveniently located just steps away from the beach, Freshchoice Supermarket, Pearl Kitchen Cafe, and The Goodhome Gastro pub. We are centrally located to many sporting venues and easy to access via the Sandhurst Drive off-ramp from SH2. Completely level access suitable for guests in wheelchairs via private deck.
