Das Haus liegt einzigartig auf einem Hügel mit 5000 qm Land und bietet Weitblick in alle Richtungen, aufs Meer, Gebirge und Täler. Der 20 Jahre alte Garten mit Palmen, Kakteen, Oleander und Oliven ist großzügig angelegt. Das ca. 80 qm große Haus ist traditioneller Steinbau, komplett renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Der Salzwasser-Pool (8 x 3,5 m) kann beheizt werden. Zum Dorf Kamilari (Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants) fährst Du 5 , zum Kommos Beach 10 Minuten und zum Flughafen Heraklion 1 h.

Nature Villas Myrthios - Elia

Located in Mírthios, Nature Villas Myrthios provides accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Fitted with a terrace or balcony with city and sea views, the units come with air conditioning, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV and a kitchen. Villa Mojito in Kamilari - just enjoy !

Villa Mojito was built in 2020. It has stunning views of Mount Psiloritis, the Messara valley and the sea. The house offers everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing holiday. There are several terraces and covered spaces, as well as a large sun terrace by the pool. In 2022 we added a large electrical pergola to provide extra shade. The house has excellent air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and warm in winter. We also have a pellet stove.
