Michael's studio located on Kalamaki at the second floor and it is near to the sea, just five minutes walk away. The view from the terrace and balconies is amazing as overlooks to the sea and mountains around. It’s really perfect to enjoy the sunrise and especially sunset. Kalamaki is seaside village in the south of Crete, an excellent spot for excursions (Matala, Kokkini Paralia, Agiofaraggo, Phaistos, Agia Triada, Gortyna, etc). All locations are 15 minutes to half hour drive tops.

Der Strand liegt direkt von der Tür, nur 25m den Weg runter und zu Fuß in den Dorfkern mit Tavernen, Cafes und Geschäften sind es auch keine 5 Minuten. Seit 2020 gibt es einen Mini-Pool

The apartment offers incredible sea views as it is only 10 meters from the beach. It offers free Wi-Fi and free public parking 200 meters away. Each unit has a kitchen with a fridge, oven and ceramic hobs, a safe, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player, ironing facilities, a washing machine, a wardrobe and a living room with a sofa bed. All apartments have free toiletries, a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.
