The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! ‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.

A welcoming 3 bedroom Villa situated in the heart of Kingscote. 200m from the foreshore, close to the jetty and a short stroll to shops & restaurants making it the perfect base for your Kangaroo Island experience. A contemporary styled home with all of the comforts of your own home. The rear yard contains a 100yr old Mulberry Tree that will delight you and your companions. The yard is fully secured for pets. This rammed-earth villa is located on the highest point of the property with sweeping views of the coastline as far as the eye can see. The slow combustion fireplace, a huge Villeroy & Boch bathtub, & the complete solitude make this house the ultimate honeymooners’ delight. Sky House is also pleased to accept pets! There's a small fee of $65 per booking to cover additional cleaning costs when bringing a pet (to be paid directly). A limit of one small to medium pet per reservation applies.

The cabin offers stunning ocean views, with sweeping vistas of the rugged cliffs and windswept coastline of North Cape. Each booking supports ocean conservation through the Australian Ocean Laboratory. This tiny house is one of three tiny homes on site. They are located ~150m apart.

3 BR Cottage in bush setting by sea

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).
