In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. The house is accessible by public transport, but carrying a lot of luggage may be challenging.

Come and relax in our peaceful and newly remodeled guesthouse. One bedroom with double bed, one bathroom and a small room with a tiny kitchen (full) and a pullout sofa. Washer and drier in the bathroom. Main room has air conditioning. Assigned parking plus additional free street parking. Centrally located, walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes as well as nature hikes. Bus stop is a 2 min walk, with buses going straight to Budapest. Budapest is about a 10 min ride/drive.

Zsíroshegyi Vendégház II- New luxurious wooden cottage in a huge private garden, perfect for relaxation! On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)

Cosy, 1-bedroom + lounge (which can be turned into a 2nd bedroom, both with a bed of 140X200 cm) apartment, with separate entrance to the main house. It is ideal for couples, a family with kids or for a group of up to 4 friends if you want a quiet environment after the noise of the city center. To arrive to the city center of Budapest takes 20-30 minutes by bus and metro or by car. In the living room there is a ceiling fan, in the bedroom there is a standing fan available.

You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit. Gyönyörű panoráma, friss levegő és nyugalom. Ebben a környezetben épült a ház, amelynek felső szintje a barna apartman.
