Comfy and clean, had everything we needed for a great 2 night stay. Well stocked kitchen and the kids were impressed with the size of the TV! Easy access to the city for all the attractions and places to eat - The Best Cafe was a great find for gluten free fish and chips! Thanks for having us :)

Extremely convenient location right in the middle of Dunedin. Lovely to be there during the holiday season for shopping and festive atmosphere. This was our second multi-week stay at this property and we highly recommend it.

The apartment was very clean with new furniture and new kitchen/bathroom, which was fantastic. The walk wasn't as 'flat' as I thought it would be (I guess it's all relative though, especially in hilly Dunedin!). The description of a fully stocked kitchen 'to ensure the comforts of home' was a little bit inaccurate as there was not much other than tea, coffee, sugar (for example, no paper towels, no plastic storage containers etc). The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable for my family of 4, however the sofa was only big enough for 2 adults. It was missing some finishing touches like a rug in the living area, cushions, throw blankets, hall stands etc. All that said, it was a nice apartment, just not as cosy or homely as some of the others I've stayed in while in NZ.

Christine’s place was excellent for us, convenient for getting to our locations. No parking at the location, but easy enough to park on the street. Christine was very nice, we didn’t need anything from her but it would have been easy if we had.

We had a fabulous stay at Jo & Jeff's place, it was perfect space. A great location and facilities. The bed linen and towels were very high quality, the kitchen was well equipped and the location unbeatable. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

An older home with very large bedrooms and has everything that you might need for short or extended stay. House was very clean and tidy with private parking. Only issue is the single shower which is very small and on the ground floor. If visiting Dunedin again we would definitely consider booking.

What a beautiful home and right on theme, with Steampunk Oamaru. We loved the decor and the cool pottery. The beds were so comfortable. We felt at home, warm and cozy. The location was great, just a 12-15 min walk to the old town centre. We couldn’t fault it, thank you Andrew and Mary for being wonderful hosts.

We loved our stay at Kerri's house. The house was perfect for our needs - comfortable and a home away from home. So great to find a place where our family, including dog Jack and baby Stormi, could all be together, relax and cook a meal. Kerri was great, check-in was seamless, and she even let us check in early (which was so appreciated as we were in Dunedin to be with family after the death of a family member). Would highly recommend Kerri's house and will definitely be staying again!

We loved our stay. The house is spacious, comfortable, and warm and the view is incredible!

The house is exactly as described, tidy, comfortable and just a short drive from downtown Oamaru. Comfortable bed, great shower, well equipped kitchen. On a clear day the house is bathed in sunshine, otherwise the heat pump keeps the place warm.

This place was surprisingly quiet at night despite its very central location which was great for a good nights sleep. Brilliant that it comes with secure parking so it's very easy to walk down George Street to all the shops and restaurants. Super comfortable couches and beds and the shower was brilliant. Love the fitout and decor. Neil had the place cozy and warm when we got there and left some treats which were much appreciated by the kids. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay here! The apartment was cozy and comfortable and near to the city centre. Dawn was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The biscuits were delicious! We would stay here again!

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

Threave house is a wonderful place to stay in central Dunedin. This historic Hose was converted into flats a long time ago, and the one I stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. Dunedin is well know for its historic architecture. Threave house is a well preserved part of that history. The bus runs frequently and is right there. Or, a 15 minute walk will get you to the octagon and the heart of the cbd. And if you have a car there is plenty of street parking adjacent to the house. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Helen’s place was extremely homely and matched the description and photos. Helen’s family live upstairs but we didn’t hear them once, impressive as we are very light sleepers. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The shower pressure is amazing and the bathroom and washroom was very clean. The three rooms are all very spacious and have extra heating and electric blankets if it’s cold. Helen was very responsive and friendly and proactively checked in with us (via message) half way through our stay to see if everything was ok.

a great place to stay especialy if you like old buildings like me only one downside was there was no hot water in our appartment (something nicole has no control over whats so ever) after contacting nicole about this she immediately came over to see if she could fix this so offered us another empty appartment to shower in great and quik service all by all a place i would reccomend thank you again nicole for the quik action !
